John Ramerman

John has trained, consulted, coached and presented for a variety of industries including public school systems, criminal justice, construction, universities, banking, insurance, senior living, churches, interior design, boards and other not for profits. He has experience in executive coaching, team development, culture building, presentation, transformative mediation, behavioral instruments, experiential workshop design and strategic planning. He is a faculty member for the ICF accredited Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and is a mentor to participants who are looking to become certified coaches. He serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Saunders Summer Start-up program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, developing entrepreneurial student’s skills in effective leadership and collaboration. John has training in transformative mediation through the Center for Dispute Settlement. John is passionate about social justice issues such as gender inequality, poverty, homelessness and racism. He is involved in several local initiatives to combat these injustices. His vision is to more deeply understand the systemic nature of community issues and to collaborate with existing organizations to more effectively address them. John has studied Interpersonal Communications at The College at Brockport and has earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management at Roberts Wesleyan College. He is working on his Masters in Organization Development at Graziadio School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University to further enhance the impact he provides for his clients.
