This course is for leaders at all levels, executives, managers, for profit and not for profit, human resources staff, consultants, coaches and emerging coaches who are committed to developing themselves and developing leaders.
OUTCOMES
Advanced leadership development; social justice awareness and skills; 125+ hours of student contact – eligible for ICF’s ACC/PCC ACTP paths.
STRUCTURE
• Six 3-day modules over a 6-month period (on-campus)
• Seven 1-hour Individual Coaching Sessions with faculty mentors
• Guided practice for coaching skills with developing leaders
